1. Introduction and Acceptance 

By purchasing from Perfect Home Windows, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Definitions

● “Products” refers to the UPVC windows, doors, and associated hardware available for purchase.

● “Order” means the purchase order submitted via our website.

● “Customer” (or “Purchaser”) means the individual or their authorized agent placing the order and providing the required measurements and details.

3. Customer Status and Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that:

● You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

● You are at least 18 years old;

● You are resident in Ireland and accessing our site from within Ireland.

4. Order Formation, Confirmation, Changes, and Cancellations

● Order Confirmation: All products are made to measure and manufactured only after your order is received. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

● Modification Period: You have 24 hours from the time of receiving your order confirmation to request any changes or to cancel your order. After this period, the sale is considered final, and no refunds or modifications will be possible.

● Bespoke Products: As our products are custom made to your specifications, any change requested after production has commenced may incur additional charges.

5. Product Information, Customisation, and Measurements

● Made-to-Measure: All products are manufactured specifically to the sizes you provide.

● Measurement Responsibility: It is advised that you consult a professional fitter to take accurate measurements. All measurements are the responsibility of the Customer.

● Measurement Guidelines: ○ All products must be measured from the outside and are viewed from the outside looking in.

○ All measurements are to be provided in millimetres (MM).

● Product Images and Descriptions: Images and descriptions on our website are for illustration purposes only and are provided to give an approximate idea of the product. They do not form part of the contract, and actual products may vary slightly.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

● Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders for which an acceptance confirmation has been sent.

● Payment: Full payment for all items—including delivery costs—must be received before delivery commences. Payments must be made by credit or debit card or PayPal. No products will be dispatched until cleared funds are received. Your financial details are encrypted and are not stored or shared with third parties.

7. Delivery and Inspection

● Delivery Area and Timing: Our delivery services are available within Ireland. Delivery time approximations are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as current workload and courier capacity.

● Assistance on Delivery Day: Please ensure that on the day of delivery, someone capable of assisting the driver (e.g., to help unload products) is present.

● Risk and Title: All risks in the goods, as well as the title, pass to you upon delivery.

● Inspection: You are required to inspect the goods on the day of delivery (including the removal of any protective film) and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies in writing immediately. Failure to notify us on the day of delivery may waive your right to claim damages.

8. Installation and Fitting

● Installation Responsibility: Installation is solely the responsibility of the Customer. We strongly advise that you engage a qualified installer to carry out the installation.

● Pre-Installation Check: Please verify that all parts are present and undamaged before commencing installation.

● Fitting Costs: Any costs associated with fitting or installation are the responsibility of the Customer, and Perfect Home Windows will not be liable for any claims related to installation delays or additional fitting expenses.

9. Damaged Goods and Warranty Claims

● Reporting Defects: If you discover any defect or damage attributable to a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately with written notification and supporting photographic evidence.

● Inspection Rights: We reserve the right to inspect the products before approving any warranty claim or damage claim.

10. Liability and Indemnity

● Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

● Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Home Windows harmless against any claims arising from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications of the products.

11. Warranties

Please refer to the separate Warranty Details section below for information on the warranties provided with our products.

12. Force Majeure

Perfect Home Windows shall not be liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling orders if such delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or labor disputes).

13. Invalidity/Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Privacy Policy

15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

● Complaints: Should you have any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

● Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
